. PLEASE BE SURE TO READ ALL THE CUSTOMS INFO BEFORE PURCHASING THIS LISTING! THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR DEPOSITS OR CUSTOM ITEMS. This is a $75 deposit slot, this covers ONLY the process of talking through a custom spot and the additional time it takes to prepare a custom order. Once you have purchased your custom spot deposit, I will send you an email with directions on how we will get started on your custom bag. I will send you lots of information to think through while planning your custom item.
Once we have decided all your custom pieces I will set you up a custom listing on my website. I will send you the direct link to the listing. You will then be able to look over everything and make sure that EVERYTHING is correct and no changes need to be made. At that point you will need to purchase that listing to finalize your place in my books for customs. Customs will be made in the order that they are processed. Whoever pays their custom first will go in line as the first person we will work on (assuming we have all the materials ready in hand). These MUST be paid in full 3 DAYS after I have sent the link to purchase. This allows me to go ahead and order all pieces. If it’s not paid in full by 3 days the listing will be canceled. Deposits on customs are NON-REFUNDABLE. Custom items are NON—REFUNDABLE NOR exchangeable!
**Once customs are finalized with final payment we CAN NOT change your design. Especially if I have cut the pieces or ordered any custom pieces. So much planning goes into each custom bag that I create. It takes a lot of planning and preparation to make it a perfectly created piece for you! They are very time consuming and I strive to make it to perfection each time I create. A $25 fee will be added to any changes after finalizing. Turn around time on customs is 5/7 weeks. This is the time it takes me to get to your custom with other customs inline ahead of you and the time it takes me to get all the pieces for your design ordered and in my hand to start creating. I appreciate your patience during this time but I strive to take my time on each bag to make it perfect l! We love to see that you are excited but please be patient grasshopper! Fox tails and coon tails are not included in purchase of bag. Tails are available for purchase under accessories. To get more familiar with pricing, please look underneath the customs section. Prices are subject to change on each custom item due to variety of materials/sizing of bag! Since each item is unique you can get a round about price but I will be able to tell you more specific pricing at the end of deciding what you would like.
