Refund Policy
We do not accept returns and will not refund any purchase.
Contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item as long as it is not damaged or used and we will issue a store credit once the item is shipped back to us. Please contact us prior to sending in items for exchange. Items need to be sent back UNUSED and ASAP to ensure store credit.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
We will pay shipping charges if the return reason was caused by us.
All sales are final on sale items. No store credit will be issued.
Return & Refund Policy
- All sales are final. We do not issue cash refunds or credit/debit card refunds. Returns accepted for store credit only.
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts may be denied.
- How to request: Email L3designsleather@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a return authorization and instructions. Approved returns must follow the provided instructions or they may be refused.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return, store credit will be issued to your account within 7–10 business days. Store credit does not expire unless otherwise stated on your account.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct refunds. If you need a different size or item, please return the original for store credit and place a new order.
- Non-returnable items: [Customizable: e.g., final sale items, personalized products, intimate apparel, perishable goods].
Shipping Protection & Liability (Route)
- We offer Route shipping protection at checkout. Route is an optional third‑party shipping protection service that covers loss, theft, or damage during transit.
- Once an order leaves our shop, we are no longer responsible for in‑transit loss, theft, or damage. The shipping carrier’s standard insurance covers some issues, and Route provides additional protection when selected.
- Opting out: If you choose to opt out of Route at checkout, you acknowledge and accept the risk of loss, theft, or damage in transit and waive any claim against us for those issues. We strongly recommend selecting Route for all shipments to ensure coverage.
- Filing claims: For covered shipping incidents, customers who purchased Route should file a claim directly through Route per their instructions. If you did not purchase Route and experience shipping problems, please contact us at L3designsleather@gmail.com and we will assist, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement.

- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise authorized.

Custom Bags:
We love to create custom bags for you. Once Customs are finalized with payment we CAN NOT change your design. Especially if I have cut the pieces or ordered any custom pieces. So much planning goes into each custom bag that I create. It takes a lot of planning and preparation to make it a perfectly created piece for you! They are very time consuming and I strive to make it to perfection each time I create. A $25 fee will be added to any changes after finalizing.
Repairs on Purchases:
Within 6 months of purchase, L3 Designs Leather will gladly make repairs to a damaged product if the repair is a result of an error on our part. After 6 months, the customer is responsible for the cost of repairs and shipping. The customer is also responsible for the cost of the repair and shipping of any repair that is not caused by L3 Designs.
We are not responsible for item wear that is a result of customer use. This includes, but is not limited to; constant rubbing, chipping of leather from being rubbed, heavy packing, misuse or harsh environmental conditions. Proper care for leather items such as conditioning and proper cleaning will ensure the longevity of your item(s).
To clean your item, use a mild soap and damp cloth. Never submerge cowhide or leather product into water. Leathers will have a light coat of protectant seal, this, however, is not made for moist & harsh conditions. You may also lightly vacuum cowhide if needed.

Orders ship within 1-2 business days, unless stated otherwise.
How long do custom orders take?
Will I receive the bag in the picture?
Yes, we will send you the exact bag in the picture if it is a ready to sell. We can always do a custom and remake a bag.
Where are L3 Designs products made?
All of our leather products are handmade right here in the USA! Arkansas to be exact.
