There are NO REFUNDS for deposits or custom items.
This listing is for a $75 deposit slot, which covers only the communication and preparation process that goes into planning your custom design.
Once your deposit is purchased and your boots are here at the shop, I’ll send you an email with detailed directions on how we’ll get started. You’ll receive plenty of information to help plan out your custom piece — from style ideas to add-on options.
When we finalize your design details, I’ll create a custom listing for you on my website. You’ll receive a direct link to review all the details and make sure everything is exactly how you want it.
Your custom listing must be paid in full within 3 days of receiving the link. This allows me to order all necessary materials and reserve your place in line. If payment isn’t made within 3 days, your listing will be canceled.
Deposits are non-refundable, and all custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Custom Design Changes
Once your custom is finalized and payment is received, no changes can be made — especially once materials are ordered or pieces are cut. Each bag takes careful planning, and changes mid-process affect the entire design.
If any changes are requested after finalizing, a $25 change fee will apply.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time for customs is typically 8-12 weeks, depending on the number of orders ahead of yours and how long it takes for materials to arrive.

Important Custom Policy
You have 6 weeks from the date of purchasing your deposit spot to complete the full custom process — including sending in your boots, finalizing your design, and approving your materials.
If your custom is not completed within that 6-week timeframe, your deposit spot will be cleared and forfeited.
No refunds will be issued for uncompleted customs after 6 weeks.
