There are NO REFUNDS for deposits or custom items.
This listing is for a $75 deposit slot, which covers the time and communication it takes to plan your custom order and prepare materials.
Once your custom deposit spot is purchased, I’ll send you an email with detailed directions on how to get started on your custom bag. You’ll receive information and ideas to help plan your one-of-a-kind piece.
After we finalize your design details, I’ll create a custom listing for you on my website. You’ll be able to review everything to make sure all the details are correct before purchasing. Once you’re ready, you’ll need to purchase that listing within 3 days to finalize your spot on my schedule. This allows me to order all materials needed for your custom piece.
If the final listing is not paid in full within 3 days, the custom listing will be canceled. Deposits on customs are non-refundable, and custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Custom Design Changes
Once your custom is finalized and payment is received, no changes can be made to your design — especially if pieces have already been cut or custom materials have been ordered. If any changes are requested after finalizing, a $25 fee will be added.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time for customs is typically 8-12 weeks. This includes the time needed to complete orders ahead of yours and to receive all special materials for your design. I truly appreciate your patience during this process — every bag is crafted with care and attention to detail to make sure it’s perfect for you.
Important Custom Policy
You have 6 weeks from the date of purchasing your deposit spot to complete the full custom process (selecting your design, materials, and finalizing details).
If your custom is not completed within that 6-week period, your deposit spot will be cleared and forfeited.
No refunds will be issued for uncompleted customs after 6 weeks.
Fox tails and coon tails are not included with any custom bag purchase. They can be purchased separately under the Accessories section.
Prices vary depending on size, materials, and design. You can browse the Customs section on my site to get an idea of pricing, but I’ll provide a more accurate quote once we’ve finalized your details.
